You can choose from 3 different traffic packages for a one time cost. You will get a set amount of initial credits, as well as monthly residual credits for life. You can purchase an additional package in the future and that purchase will just increase what you already have.
The credits cover splash pages and lead capture pages only. There is a separate charge to use banners in the program.
Commissions will be paid to you based on the package you own. You will also receive additional traffic credits from the purchases of your referrals.

Recommendation
TopDogsRotator would be my first recommendation for any one time payment program that I am reviewing. The first package, priced at $47, is a very cost effective purchase to give you monthly recurring credits. The one time cost giving somone residual traffic should be an easy sale, which should bring you some easy income and residual traffic.
